Methods of payment
Brownlee Press uses third-party tools for its payment processing and is not connected with any of the provided payment information – such as the credit card – in any way.
Any declined payment costs shall be borne by the User.
Offers and discounts
The Owner reserves the right, at its sole and unquestionable discretion, to offer discounts and / or offers for a limited period of time. The conditions of these discounts and / or offers will be specified each time on the corresponding deals page of Brownlee Press.
Refunds
Brownlee Press accepts requests for cancellation and refund of SHOP items by the Users only for the portion of Service not yet provided and within 14 days after payment. For CUSTOM PRINTING, once custom printed items have been printed, the sale is final.
CUSTOM PRINTING products will be materially as described. Please keep in mind that different monitors and screens display colors differently and Brownlee cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the final printed pieces. The color of your CUSTOM PRINTED products may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
The color not being as you expected is NOT grounds for a refund.
Final dimensions and layout of print products indicated on the Site or in a Design may vary by small amounts, and so your final printed pieces may differ slightly from those described.
The final trim size not being as you expected is NOT grounds for a refund.
We make every attempt to keep our machines color calibrated, and to create CUSTOM PRINTING products to specifications. If we deem the item
Upon delivery, the User must verify the contents specifying any anomalies via email (print@brownleepress.com). In case of failure to collect the products by the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the purchase price but not the shipping cost. Brownlee Press cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for any damage occurring to products after delivery to the carrier company.
Brownlee Press is NOT responsible for anything shipping-related AFTER the package has been delivered to the post office.
